"Error: Can't cannot (error code 1)"

Since you were connecting before fine (I'm assuming everything same as before), the most likely problem would be the "Your client may be too old" one.

I tried that but it didn't work.

I already got a response from the ryzom support staff thing.

Yup, when I looked, the firewall that we got is one of the ones that ryzom has had issues with.

Problem is I don't know what to do to fix it, I'm searching the faq and I'm just getting a headache trying to figure it out.
